INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY EXPERT-TEAM.

Expert-Team Sp. z o. o. attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and the compliance of their processing with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom to flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data administrator, i.e. the entity that decides how your personal data will be used, is Expert-Team Sp. z o. o. based in Świnoujście ul. Niedziałkowskiego 5a/1, 72-600 Świnoujście (hereinafter referred to as "Expert-Team").

WHAT ARE THE MAIN PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY EXPERT-TEAM?

We process your personal data because it is necessary for:

contacting you in order to conduct a telephone conversation, e-mail or postal correspondence related to matters related to the activities conducted by Expert-Team, e.g. to respond to your inquiries and requests,
concluding contracts, agreements or making other arrangements binding for both parties, including the sale of tickets, vouchers by the Expert-Team and the consideration of related complaints, etc.,
organizing competitions, educational activities, summer camps, conferences, etc.,
saving data in cookies,
conducting video monitoring on Expert-Team vessels.

If we process personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above, we each time provide directly to the person whose data is processed detailed information about the processing of his or her personal data by Expert-Team.

Ad 1 CONTACTING FOR PURPOSES RELATED TO MATTERS RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY EXPERT-TEAM

Scope of data: data necessary to contact you, depending on how we contact you, will include: name and surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address.

Providing your personal data indicated above is voluntary, but without it it will not be possible to contact you.

Legal basis: in terms of data processing in order to answer your question (via the form, e-mail, telephone, post), the basis for processing will be the legitimate interest of the administrator in the form of communication with website users. GDPR: see art. 6 section 1 letter f. Your data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to respond to you, unless the messages contain content important for pursuing possible claims or defending against claims, then we will store selected messages until these claims expire.

Ad 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS AND MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ETC.

Scope of data: data necessary to conclude and implement all types of contracts, agreements or other activities binding on the parties, including the sale of tickets, vouchers for Expert-Team units as well as the consideration of complaints related to them, in particular: name and surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, NIP, REGON, KRS number. The scope of data may vary depending on the nature and type of the contract, arrangement or arrangements made, therefore detailed information on the processing of data related to a specific activity is provided each time these activities are adopted.

Providing your personal data indicated above is voluntary, but without providing it, it will not be possible to conclude an agreement with you or make binding arrangements.

In terms of data processing for the purpose of concluding a contract with you, an agreement or making other arrangements binding on both parties, the basis will be the need to take steps to conclude the contract. GDPR: see art. 6 section 1 letter b). Your data will be processed for the duration of contracts and settlements after their completion and then for the time necessary to fulfill tax and archiving obligations, if it is necessary to process data in order to pursue possible claims or defend against claims until these claims expire.

Ad 3 ORGANIZING COMPETITIONS, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES AND SUM COLONY, CONFERENCES, ETC.

Scope of data: data of participants in events organized by Expert-Team and, in the case of minor participants, their legal guardians, in particular: name and surname, residential address, age, contact details, i.e. telephone number or address. The scope of data may vary depending on the nature and type of the event, therefore detailed information on the processing of data related to the organization of a specific event is provided each time participants register for a given event.

Legal basis: In terms of data processing for the purpose of organizing events, i.e. competitions, educational classes, summer camps or conferences, the basis will be the need to take steps to conclude a contract. GDPR: see art. 6 section 1 letter b)

Data storage periods: Your data will be processed for the duration of contracts and settlements after their completion and then for the time necessary to fulfill tax and archiving obligations, if it is necessary to process data in order to pursue possible claims or defend against claims until these claims expire.

Ad 4 STORING DATA IN COOKIES FILES

On the websites of the booking.expert-team.eu portal we use text files called cookies.

Cookies are used to adapt the content of subpages to user preferences, optimize the use of the website and for statistical purposes to help us adapt the structure, functionality and content of the website. They are saved on the user's end device. The booking.expert-team.eu website does not require the acceptance of cookies, but accepting them will allow you to fully use all functionalities of the website.

You can change the cookie settings in your browser at any time, including blocking them, but in this case we do not guarantee the correct operation of the website. The method of blocking or deleting these files varies depending on the web browser you use.

Ad 5 CONDUCTING VIDEO MONITORING

Video monitoring is used to protect people and property, ensure safety and order in and around facilities managed by the administrator.
The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, including ensuring the possibility of identifying persons whose behavior disturbs order and threatens the safety of persons and property on the administrator's premises, as well as ensuring the safety of employees and property protection pursuant to Art. . 222 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
Monitoring records are stored for a period of approximately 30 days from the date of recording. After the above-mentioned period of the monitoring image recording are overwritten by subsequent monitoring records.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AGAINST EXPERT-TEAM WITH REGARD TO PROCESSED DATA?

We guarantee that all rights arising from the GDPR will be met for you, i.e. you always have the right to access your data, rectify it, withdraw consent to the processing of your data if the basis for their processing is consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint in connection with the processing by Expert-Team your personal data to the supervisory authority (address: Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), and in justified cases specified in the GDPR, you have the right to delete data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

Due to the fact that conducting business by Expert-Team requires the use of the services of specialized entities, your personal data may be made available to entities providing such services to Expert-Team, i.e. IT, auditing, banking, hosting, postal and courier services. These entities, if they process your personal data on our behalf, operate on the basis of entrustment agreements concluded with us and are obliged to protect your personal data, just like Expert-Team.

We also share your data with Expert-Team employees and collaborators to the extent necessary.

In situations requiring it and based on relevant regulations, we may transfer your personal data to public authorities.

Data from the video monitoring system may be made available only to authorized authorities in the event of an occurrence or suspicion of an event threatening the safety, life and health of persons, as well as destruction and theft of property in accordance with applicable law. Data from video monitoring may also be made available to a third party who demonstrates a legal interest in receiving the recording. In the above cases, data may be stored for a period longer than indicated in section. 5. Data from video monitoring may be used as evidence and therefore may be stored for the period necessary to clarify incidents or complete any ongoing proceedings.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
